First of its kind Trust lab at IIM Bangalore


Which is the most overlooked, misunderstood, underutilized asset to enable performance and impact? Trust.

It is often used as a noun. More as lip service. Treated as just a 5 letter word. Going under the radar, under recognised, sub optimally leveraged.

How about moving the needle from trust as a noun to trust as a verb? Recognising the power, the aura and the energy that it can bring into organisations- both intra and inter. The empowerment, respect and recognition that it can accord to individuals.
